Initial Layout: To form the tableau, deal three rows of six cards, the first two face down and the last face up, overlapping each row. Reserve a place above the tableau for four foundation piles.

Object: Build the four foundations up in suit from Ace to King.

Play: As the aces become available, move them to the foundations. Within the tableau, build cards down in alternating colors. The top card of a tableau pile is available for play to another tableau pile or to the foundations. A sequence of cards may be moved as a unit from one tableau pile to another. Spaces within the tableau may be filled by any card.

Cards are turned one at a time from the stock to the wastepile. The top of the wastepile is available for play to any tableau or foundation. There is one redeal permitted.
